The CIPD’s purpose is to champion better work and working lives, and our mission is to make work better for millions of people across the world. It’s a big task and we’re committed to making it happen.
We work with people professionals, large and small businesses, people managers, students, governments, universities, and many other organisations to drive positive change in the world of work.
Our people share in our purpose and make great things happen. We are a force for good – for our people, our organisation and for the world around us. At the CIPD we’re all working towards making work better.

Finding great people to work with is really important to us. If you’re shortlisted, we’ll need to make sure we’re a great match for each other. This may involve:
An online task or two – these could be ability assessments or a work based scenario; they help us find out much more about you and what you can do than your CV says.
A call with one of the talent team – it's a chance to speak to a real person and make sure the role aligns with what you're looking for.
A virtual Microsoft Teams interview – this is a deep dive into the breadth and depth of your skills and experience.
An in person interview – this is a chance for you to showcase your knowledge and demonstrate how you are right for the role.
We tailor all of this depending on the role and we're always here to answer any questions or queries you have about the process. We can also support with any reasonable adjustments you may need during the process.
The quickest way to connect with us is via email. Feel free to send any recruitment related query to hrteam@cipd.org. For any other queries, we have dedicated teamsready to help you.
